You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to define the product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver value-driven solutions through Agile ceremonies. This remote-friendly role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement across US locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in product ownership or delivery roles.
Experience with Agile and Scrum and backlog management.
Led a large transformation program (12+ months).
Experience with high-risk, data-intensive initiatives.
Strong backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Product Owner or Agile certification preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC, system design, and integration concepts.
Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead product ownership for complex products, platforms, or processes.
Build relationships with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
Define product vision, goals, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Own and manage the product backlog, reflecting value and risk.
Oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with delivery teams to meet functional and technical requirements.
Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust priorities based on feedback.
