This remote-friendly role partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to define vision, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

The position emphasizes strategic thinking and execution, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and strong emphasis on risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• 4–6 years of product ownership or delivery experience.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum backlog management.
• Led a large transformation program (12+ months).
• Experience with high-risk, data-intensive initiatives.
• Strong backlog prioritization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for complex products, platforms, or processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Own and manage the product backlog with value-driven priorities.
• Oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Monitor product progress and adjust priorities based on feedback.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
