Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum practices, supporting team execution, and aligning with organizational priorities. You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive predictable outcomes.

This role leads one or more Scrum teams, facilitates ceremonies, manages risks and dependencies, mentors junior members, and promotes OST delivery standards.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant professional experience in Agile delivery environments.
Experience facilitating Scrum teams and coordinating delivery.
Agile certification required; SAFe/ART experience preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Partners with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness for sprint execution.
Identifies, tracks, and proactively mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting delivery.
Monitors team performance using Agile metrics and supports data-driven decision making.
Maintains delivery artifacts and documentation to ensure transparency and auditability of work.
Drives continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process enhancements.
