Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to prioritize and oversee the development team's work, ensuring maximum value from product outcomes.

You will define user stories, backlogs and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders to align with the strategic roadmap. You will partner with the Product Manager, manage risks, validate quality, and support multiple Agile teams to deliver high-value features for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years or more of experience representing business or technology in technology implementations and/or product/project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsabilités

• Interact daily with the development team and the scrum master.
• Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize backlog based on roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-user needs and shape requirements.
• Translate business priorities to technical teams by documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery.
• Confirm product quality meets customer needs against acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrate value of sprint outcomes and support multiple Agile Delivery Teams.
