Job summary
Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a Product Owner to translate business wants into prioritized requirements and lead an Agile team to deliver customer outcomes. You will partner with Lead Product Owner, Product Management, architecture, engineering, and QA to ensure the right problems are solved and features meet acceptance criteria.
You will articulate the product vision, manage the backlog, and present working software to stakeholders while advancing FRFS strategic goals in payments
Qualifications
- Certified Product Owner with Scrum or SAFe accreditation and recent JIRA experience.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with IT capabilities in a complex environment.
- Experience in financial services or web applications within a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business wants into prioritized requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Lead Agile team to deliver high-impact customer outcomes and accept work when criteria are met.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and QA to ensure the right problems are solved.
- Communicate vision, goals, and roadmap to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Prepare innovative product proposals and participate in governance discussions.
