Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in information systems, business, or analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog refinement, roadmap decisions, and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to align on requirements and timing.
• Ensure delivered work meets acceptance criteria and roadmap priorities.
• Provide day-to-day direction and serve as the primary decision-maker for the team.
