The Wilmington Trust Institutional Services division is expanding, and M&T Bank seeks a Product Owner II to own a large product vision and roadmap, prioritizing backlogs and communicating with stakeholders. You will represent the voice of the customer and align product work with business strategy across agile teams.

Role emphasizes design thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards while delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years’ business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
• Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and quickly-changing landscape.
• Understanding of Design Thinking principles and knowledge of Agile and Lean practices.

• Build and own the large product or set of products vision and roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the team; communicate story details and guide delivery.
• Write user stories and groom the backlog with acceptance criteria for ATDD.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders; provide progress visibility on large products.
• Engage with partners across the organization; advocate for customer outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with risk, regulatory standards and internal controls.
