Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in business, analytical, technical and/or product roles.
Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a fast-changing landscape.
Knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile and Lean principles and product design practices.
Subject matter expertise in Payments (Wire, ACH, Zelle, and/or Digital Assets).

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals across payments rails.
Prioritize backlogs based on vision and strategy.
Represent the voice of the customer and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with delivery teams to communicate progress and deliver ATDD-ready stories.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior partners to drive outcomes.
Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards and governance.
