Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
• 10+ years combined education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with agile product development and design thinking.
• Strong communication and leadership in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with strategy and communicate to team and stakeholders.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the team and convey story details; decide autonomously to move delivery forward.
• Write user stories and groom the backlog; specify acceptance criteria for ATDD.
• Collaborate with delivery team to create information radiators and progress dashboards for stakeholders.
• Participate in all team ceremonies and agile activities.
• Influence partners across organization to advocate for customer benefit.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and outcomes over outputs.
• Align customer journey with dependent backlogs and other Product Owners.
• May stand in for Senior Product Owner when needed and adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
