Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a Senior Product Owner for the Appian-based Global Workflow platform. You will define the product vision, establish the enterprise roadmap, and lead product capacity toward high-value opportunities.

You will guide Appian Product Owners and Analysts, manage priorities, and oversee delivery pods, ensuring scalable, compliant, and secure workflow capabilities. Hybrid work is allowed, with up to one day from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience owning or leading enterprise products or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Appian or comparable workflow platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy Development —Develops and maintains a clear vision for the product family or enterprise product, including technology and strategic perspectives; establishes a road map for assigned product(s).
• Achieves Business Results for Product Family —Leads cross-functional teams to ensure products meet standards for performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Resource Allocation —Ensures investment is maximized across products and that budgets support high-value initiatives; coordinates across functions to maintain top talent.
