You will partner with Finance and business leaders to define requirements, prioritize, and optimize end-to-end processes. This role supports sprint planning, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years in product ownership or related role.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA.
• Experience with Agile backlog management and sprint planning.
• Ability to translate objectives into requirements and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize Workday and ERP product backlog.
• Translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Finance, Practice, and leaders to define requirements.
• Serve as primary backlog decision-maker within governance.
• Support sprint planning, releases, and solution delivery.
• Drive improvements across Workday modules and reporting.
• Coordinate testing and change readiness with stakeholders.
