Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and improve Appian workflows with a platform-first mindset.
• Own product backlog items, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to define current and future state processes.
• Collaborate with partners across business, operations, risk, and tech.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Support QA/UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
