T. Rowe Price is seeking a senior product leader to own the Planview platform and related portfolio management capabilities.

You will define the product vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption strategies to enable enterprise planning, investment governance, resource management, and strategic execution. You will partner with senior leaders, technology teams, and vendors to drive enhancements, ensure data quality, measure adoption, and communicate progress to executives.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, program management, or strategy execution.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and strategic planning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Planview capabilities, backlog, and roadmap.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to deliver platform enhancements.
• Lead governance, adoption, reporting, and value realization through metrics.
• Communicate progress and strategic value to executive sponsors.
