Qualifications

• Hands-on Appian experience building/configuring workflows, forms, interfaces, models or dashboards.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, including risk, compliance, or trust services.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and improve Appian workflows with a focus on value and reusability.
• Gather requirements with business product owners and operations teams.
• Own and groom product backlog items, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to define current/future-state workflows and MVP designs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, prototyping, and testing.
