Job summary

Give Interactive is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Senior Product Manager to own a product lane with minimal oversight in a fintech context. You will define scope, prioritize work, and make decisions independently while collaborating with clients and engineering.

The role requires strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to navigate fixed-scope/waterfall delivery. Remote work from anywhere in the United States is offered, with competitive compensation ranging from $110k to $166k

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in fintech or regulated domains.
• Proven track record of writing product requirements and user stories that hold up in engineering.
• Familiarity with user story development and Agile methodologies; able to adapt to fixed-scope/waterfall when required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and actual workflow to determine patterns worth building into the platform.
• Make architecture decisions balancing build vs. defer and debt vs. shipping.
• Write user stories, specs, diagrams, API docs, and acceptance criteria for developers.
• Participate in testing and sign-off, understanding data and business logic to catch incorrect results.
• Maintain and evolve the lane knowledgebase and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align priorities and mitigate risks.
• Track KPIs to evaluate product initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Be the go-to person for the lane, providing answers or directing to the right owner.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities before they escalate.
• Drive work through to completion despite ambiguities or blockers.
• Leverage AI tools as accelerants while owning the output and maintaining judgment.
