Partner Company is seeking a Senior Product Leader to shape consumer credit experiences with a remote-first culture. You will define strategy across shopping, repayment, and marketing to turn complex financial capabilities into intuitive journeys.

Responsibilities include owning product vision, building cross-functional teams, defining metrics, and driving experiments to improve activation, conversion, and repeat engagement across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with consumer products.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams.
• Experience in fintech or ecommerce or similar complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, merchant prequalification, and purchasing power experiences.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics, lead discovery and experimentation, and improve activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.
