Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Digital Product Owner to lead enhancements for the EquiView equity compensation platform. You will own financial reporting improvements, regulatory-driven updates, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Reporting, and Client Services.

Ideal candidates have deep equity compensation knowledge and experience in ASC 718/IFRS 2, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in equity compensation and related systems operations.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 718 and IFRS 2 and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with equity plan financial reporting platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills across data, process, and technology.
• Detail-oriented with ability to drive from concept to implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering with proactive risk management and clear communication.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, reporting and client services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex equity reporting initiatives.
• Define requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and reporting teams for solution design.
• Support client readiness, training, and post-launch adoption.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmaps for EquiView reporting.
