Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to lead data integration initiatives for Stock Plan Services. You will coordinate with product owners, analysts, and engineers in an agile environment to modernize legacy batch integrations and scale data exchanges for clients.

The role emphasizes ownership of roadmap, prioritization of enhancements, and delivering end-to-end data integration capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical product teams and translating requirements into priorities.
Roadmapping, backlog, deployments for data integration modernization and maintenance.
Strong product management skills with data-driven insights.
5+ years in product management and 15+ months in equity plan administration operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with end-to-end delivery capability.
Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments as Product Owner/Manager.
Ability to align stakeholders and prioritize PI/sprint work.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an agile setting to manage SPS legacy batch applications and releases.
Lead roadmap development and align with the data exchange platform's future architecture.
Apply knowledge of equity plans workflows to strengthen product positioning and value.
Own end-to-end delivery of stock plan data integration capabilities for internal and external clients.
