Job summary

Charles Schwab in the United States seeks a Senior Digital Product Owner to lead Equity Compensation reporting within the EquiView platform. You will drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives, partner with Product, Engineering, and Reporting teams, and deliver scalable capabilities for internal clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, and/or equity systems operations.
• Deep understanding of ASC 718 and/or IFRS 2; familiarity with IRS/SEC requirements and ESPP concepts.
• Experience working with equity plan financial reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• High attention to detail with the ability to drive work from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-release initiatives across EquiView including financial reporting enhancements.
• Partner with product owners, analysts, engineers to define problems and deliver incrementally.
• Collaborate with Reporting, Client Services, and Compliance to support client readiness and adoption.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap for equity reporting and recordkeeping capabilities.
• Define success measures and ensure solutions are well‑documented and supportable.
