Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Digital Product Owner for EquiView to lead cross-functional enhancements in equity compensation reporting. You will align product strategy with regulatory requirements, partner with Engineering, Reporting, and Client Services, and drive complex initiatives end-to-end.

Hybrid role with on-site collaboration; 4 days per week in the office in Omaha, NE. Experience in ASC 718/IFRS 2 and equity systems is essential to translate accounting needs into scalable product

Qualifications

• Experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, and/or equity systems operations.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 718 and IFRS 2, plus IRS/SEC requirements.
• Experience with equity plan financial reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data, process, and technology.
• Attention to detail and ability to drive concepts through implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquityView initiatives with financial reporting updates.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Client Services to ensure readiness.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for equity reporting capabilities.
• Define success metrics and ensure documentation and risk controls.
