Zusammenfassung

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner for EquiView equity compensation reporting, leading cross-functional teams. You will drive complex, multi-release initiatives, including financial reporting enhancements and regulatory updates, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, hands-on equity reporting experience, and the ability to translate accounting and client requirements into scalable product capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in equity compensation and stock plan administration.
• Deep understanding of ASC 718 and IFRS 2; familiarity with IRS/SEC requirements.
• Experience with equity plan financial reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot across data, process, and technology.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex equity reporting initiatives and updates.
• Define problems and requirements in an Agile environment and deliver incrementally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support client readiness, training and adoption.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap for equity reporting capabilities.
• Define success measures and ensure well-documented, compliant solutions.
