People Technology And Processes in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior / Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead design and build of enterprise KM platform within Microsoft 365 for NIPR and SIPR. The role focuses on KM tooling, governance, and scalable SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.

You will prototype the KM Automation Tool, develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and collaborate with G6 to ensure secure configuration and compliant architectures across environments.

Qualifications

Position Title: Senior / Power Platform Solutions Architect (Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative)

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope of Work: Leads the technical design and build of the enterprise KM platform and automation capabilities across the Microsoft 365 environment for both NIPR and SIPR, including the KM Automation Tool and reusable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Design and deliver the KM Automation Tool as a prototype.
• Develop and customize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop and update Microsoft 365 governance policies, procedures, and configuration standards in support of KM outcomes.
• Design and sustain the collaborative-platform and information architecture that underpins enterprise knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate builds and compliance actions with G6 across the NIPR and SIPR SharePoint platforms.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification and at least six years of enterprise SharePoint 365 solution experience across NIPR and SIPR.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online architecture; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); enterprise site structures; metadata and taxonomy standards; content types; governance documentation; workflow automation; solution prototyping; testing; development; secure configuration across NIPR and SIPR environments; and architecture evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate KM requirements (knowledge flow needs, taxonomy constraints, metadata models, governance rules, and lifecycle standards) into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions.
• Demonstrated experience developing scalable, reusable solutions supporting enterprise-wide adoption across geographically dispersed organizations.
• Foundational understanding of KM principles, including taxonomy application, content lifecycle management, information governance, and stakeholder collaboration, to ensure SharePoint solutions align with enterprise KM policies and practices.
• Active SECRET clearance.
