The owner manages product lifecycles, discovery, backlog, and adoption across a portfolio that includes associate experience, HR service delivery, and automation while leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own product ownership and roadmap execution across HR Digital portfolio.
• Partner with Senior Product Manager to prioritize and align initiatives.
• Lead technical discovery and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate product decisions and escalate risks as needed.
• Translate business challenges into scalable digital HR solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, architecture, compliance, data analytics and partners.
• Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
