Job summary

Humana seeks a Principal Product Owner / Architect to unify product strategy and solution architecture across CenterWell's Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military. You will own cross-segment roadmaps and govern architectural blueprints that underpin all four segments.

You will lead discovery, define API standards, drive SAFe delivery, and align business goals with secure, compliant healthcare IT across Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience spanning product management or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of solution architecture or senior product ownership in healthcare IT with HIPAA/PHI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-segment product roadmaps spanning Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military.
• Define integration contracts, API standards, and data boundaries across segments.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance forums (ARB, TRB, MOR).
• Decompose initiatives into delivery-ready user stories with non-functional requirements.
• Translate product vision into architectural runways and delivery-ready specs for engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse and pattern stewardship across segments.
