Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT with product management or architecture roles.
- 5+ years in healthcare IT with regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI).
- Proven cross-segment roadmapping and executive stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define a unified cross-segment product roadmap for Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, Humana Military.
- Establish reference architectures, integration standards, and design patterns.
- Prioritize top-level backlogs for shared platforms with acceptance criteria and NFRs.
- Define API contracts and data boundaries for cross-segment data exchanges.
- Lead architecture reviews and governance forums; translate vision into runways for engineering.
