Job summary

Humana and CenterWell IT seek a Principal Product Owner / Architect to unify product strategy and solution architecture across Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military. You will bridge business vision with technical delivery, owning cross-segment roadmaps and governing architectural blueprints.

You will collaborate with segment leaders, security, data, and compliance to deliver interoperable health solutions for members, providers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with product management and/or solution architecture.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT architecture or senior product ownership in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional backlogs and roadmaps at executives level.
• Hands-on Azure services and data platform knowledge; API design and governance.
• Experience with SAFe/agile delivery and enterprise governance forums.
• Executive-level communication translating architecture and product trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a unified cross-segment product roadmap across Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military.
• Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and integration standards.
• Lead cross-segment discovery sessions, design workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Prioritize top-level backlogs for shared platforms with acceptance criteria and NFRs.
• Define integration contracts, API standards, and data boundaries.
• Lead architecture checkpoints and governance forums (ARB/TRB/MOR).
• Translate product vision into runways and delivery-ready specs for engineers.
