• Partners with product and engineering leadership to improve flow of work.
• Standardizes best practices across teams (intake, backlog grooming, defect triage, GTM).
• Leads or contributes to enterprise-wide ops initiatives (tooling, governance, value tracking).
• Coaches and mentors junior Product Ops Managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
