Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a Product Owner to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions across multiple tools. You will drive delivery and adoption, mentor analysts, and manage vendor relationships to modernize the Operations tools landscape.

You will partner with Business and IT teams to define features, backlog items, and acceptance criteria while leading agile ceremonies and tracking KPIs. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 years professional experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product/project delivery roles.
• Experience with digital technology platforms and translating business requirements into user stories in agile environments.
• Vendor management with third-party technology providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams and guide junior analysts in cross-functional settings.
• Experience with FXF Operations, Safety, facility, fuel technology platforms.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and optimization of Freight Operations technology platforms, aligned to roadmap.
• Manage vendor partners across the ecosystem with performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Product Analysts.
• Gather requirements with Business and IT teams and drive delivery across initiatives.
• Define and manage backlog prioritization across multiple tools and capabilities.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and monitor velocity and KPIs across teams.
• Monitor platform adoption, performance, and KPIs; recommend improvements.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and quality standards across platforms.
