The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join a global Product Operations team. You will translate product strategy into prioritized, executable roadmaps and drive disciplined, data‑driven execution across R&D and commercial teams.

You will own release readiness, champion scalable processes, and partner with product, operations, and leadership to ensure successful launches and measurable client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product operations, or program management at a tech company.
• Experience driving product roadmap processes and release readiness.
• Ability to translate strategy into plan, with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product roadmap process including strategy, sizing, capacity planning, and tradeoffs.
• Own release readiness and cross-domain launch preparedness with leadership.
• Set goals and map KPIs to roadmaps; work with Data Science to embed analytics.
• Synthesize field feedback into prioritized product opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead product ceremonies, governance, and change management to enable scalable execution.
• Foster user advocacy and align teams to customer outcomes.
