Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager in New York to orchestrate the cross-functional lifecycle of our AI-driven product family. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to build scalable operating systems, drive data-informed decisions, and improve launch coordination from alpha through post-GA.

You will thrive in ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and lead initiatives that connect product strategy to measurable impact for law firms and in-house

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
• Experience working with AI-native products, ideally where model quality and reliability matter for user experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inputs to Product Teams by ensuring information needed for decisions is available.
• Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems from feedback sources into actionable signals.
• Establish analytics dashboards, KPIs, and hypotheses to measure product success.
• Create high-leverage engagement points with customers and partners across the product lifecycle.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals.
• Launch end-to-end coordination with clear metrics and post-launch monitoring.
• Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility to keep GTM, Legal, and leadership aligned.
