We’re growing Coinspaid’s Product Operations to own configuration, deployments, and client setup in production, building an operating model from the ground up as a senior, hands-on contributor.

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy.
We design, implement, and scale payment systems that connect digital assets with real‑world financial operations. Our solutions help businesses and financial institutions operate efficiently in the evolving digital asset landscape.
For over 11 years, we’ve been developing products that bring crypto payments closer to mainstream adoption. Today, our team includes 350+ professionals working remotely across multiple countries.
We combine the pace of fintech with a long‑term approach to building products, teams, and careers. As a remote‑first company, we give people flexibility in how they work while maintaining strong collaboration and shared ownership across teams.
In 2026, Coinspaid was recognized as Best Corporate Culture in the Blockchain Industry in Europe, reflecting our focus on ownership, trust, and collaboration.
Coinspaid is building out Product Operations - the function that owns how our product is configured, deployed, and monitored in production, and ensures it performs correctly for clients and markets. Operations Manager works directly with the Head of Product Operations to take operational ownership of our highest-priority processes.
You’ll be the person who makes sure product configuration, releases, and client setup are controlled, traceable, and never a surprise in production. This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the operating model for a function from the ground up, not maintain one that already exists.
Own product configuration in production - active features, available assets and flows, operational parameters and limits - and keep it consistent, visible, and traceable at all times.
Coordinate deployments and releases - decide where and when capabilities are activated, confirm operational readiness before go‑live, and bridge the gap between product delivery and real usage.
Configure the product for clients and markets - feature availability, limits, thresholds, and parameters, ensuring what’s live matches what was agreed with each client and jurisdiction.
Apply fee logic correctly - implement fee configurations, validate calculations, and maintain a clear history of every change.
Manage asset and transaction configuration - control the operational parameters affecting transactions, and enable or disable flows based on operational or market conditions.
Implement regulatory and market constraints - apply jurisdictional and compliance‑driven restrictions to product behavior, working closely with Compliance on anything with regulatory weight.
Monitor operational health - track transaction performance, configuration correctness, and asset/feature availability; detect anomalies early and alert the right team with a clear read on business impact.
Keep configuration governance intact - maintain a structured, up‑to‑date view of what’s active, and make sure every change is intentional and traceable back to its source.
Senior‑level experience (5+ years) in operations, product operations, or a comparable operational role - you’ve owned a production environment before, not just supported one.
Hands‑on crypto or blockchain industry experience is required - you understand how crypto assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows work in practice, not just in theory.
Experience working with production configuration in regulated environments - you’re comfortable with the discipline that comes with compliance and audit requirements.
A track record of building processes where none existed - you don’t wait for a playbook, you write the first one.
Strong ownership instincts: able to prioritize your own operational backlog without close supervision.
Clear, structured written communication - documentation and traceability are core to this role, not an afterthought.
Based in the EU, available to work fully remote.
