Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM to translate product strategy into scalable day-to-day operations and adoption. You will partner with Product, Tech, and business teams to implement governance, roadmaps, and performance reporting across enterprise content platforms.

The role focuses on enabling content lifecycle management, metadata governance, and publishing workflows while driving organizational change and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of product operations, digital product management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital products from launch through ongoing operations.
• Experience establishing operating models, governance, intake/prioritization, KPIs, and scalable workflows.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across Product, Tech, business, and operations.
• Experience developing product enablement, training, communications, adoption, or organizational change programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop enablement strategies for Content Management and DAM products including onboarding and training.
• Build and manage product operating mechanisms: intake, prioritization, roadmap coordination, release readiness, reporting.
• Improve content lifecycle management, metadata, taxonomy, asset governance, search and discovery, reuse and publishing workflows.
• Define scalable processes, governance, roles, and operating models across teams and markets.
• Coordinate launch readiness, communications, training, docs, and post-launch support for new capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption, engagement, efficiency, and business value.
