We are driven by the belief that science and innovation can transform patients’ lives. At Genentech, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that brings together science, technology, data, and human ingenuity to solve meaningful problems.

This role provides an opportunity to help shape enterprise content capabilities that can fundamentally improve how teams create, manage, discover, and activate content at scale. You will work with diverse partners across the organization, influence how our products evolve, and help create simpler and more effective experiences for the people who use them.

Who We Are

We are a team focused on transforming how content is created, managed, discovered, reused, and activated across the organization. We build and enable enterprise content capabilities that simplify the experience for our teams while improving the quality, consistency, governance, and scalability of content operations.

Our Content Management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) products are foundational to this transformation. We work across Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, Data, and business teams to create connected experiences and modern ways of working that enable teams to get the right content to the right audiences more efficiently.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM who can help translate our product vision into successful adoption and sustainable day-to-day operations.

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM will play a critical role in enabling the successful adoption, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Content Management and Digital Asset Management products.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, content teams, and other cross-functional partners to translate product strategy into effective operational practices and scalable adoption.

Coordinate Across Functions: Work across Product, Engineering, Content, Data, Marketing, and business teams to manage dependencies, resolve operational challenges, and drive execution against shared priorities.

Enable Organizational Change: Support change associated with new content capabilities, processes, and ways of working, helping teams successfully transition to new tools and workflows.

Build Product Knowledge & Documentation: Maintain operating procedures, enablement materials, FAQs, release communications, playbooks, and other resources needed to support users and product teams.
