Semble is a health tech company seeking a Product Operations lead to own the operating backbone of the product org. You will design internal products and align R&D, AI, and Go-to-market teams to ship value, with a strong focus on compliance and security.

You will build cadences, track OKRs, and create feedback dashboards to inform roadmap decisions. A remote role in UK/France with travel to the London or Paris offices is available, and AI-driven improvements will be a core focus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and scaling a Product Operations framework.
• Systems thinker capable of designing scalable operational systems and cadences.
• 4–7 years in product operations, technical programme management, PM, or strategy/consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into dashboards and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience in HealthTech (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with UK/France healthcare regulatory requirements (nice-to-have).
• French language proficiency (nice-to-have).

• Build and run operating cadences that align the product organisation and speed decision making.
• Track OKRs and measure impact and outcomes.
• Create and maintain frameworks for collecting and centralising user feedback and beta programs.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to build dashboards on product and customer health.
• Synthesise feedback and usage data into roadmap opportunities.
• Own release operations and ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to simplify or automate processes.
• Stay current on AI tools and design AI-powered workflows to improve the team.
