Semble is a health tech company on a mission to help health professionals amplify their impact. Its cloud-based clinical system is used by thousands of clinicians across the UK and France, making their work easier, reducing costs, and structuring health data to support research. The company was founded after a successful startup exit and operates with a small, collaborative team across London and Paris.
The role
This is a hands-on builder's role within the Product organisation, reporting to the Head of Product. You would own the operational backbone of the product org, treating the operating model as an internal product and being accountable for its impact. You would work closely with R&D and the Applied AI team, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-market functions.
What you would do
- Build and run the operating cadences that keep the product organisation aligned and moving quickly, including the processes and tools that enable faster, better-informed decisions.
- Track OKRs and ensure they effectively measure impact and outcomes.
- Build and maintain frameworks for capturing, organising, and centralising user feedback (including early access and beta releases), and partner with Data Analytics to create dashboards on product and customer health.
- Synthesise feedback, usage data, and support trends into clear opportunities that inform roadmap prioritisation.
- Own release operations, enabling teams and AI agents to continuously ship value to customers while meeting compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Identify bottlenecks across the product development lifecycle and lead initiatives to simplify, standardise, or automate them; build checklists, playbooks, and self-serve resources from ideation through post-launch.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and agent capabilities, then design, pilot, and roll out AI-powered workflows and automations that measurably improve how the product team works.
What they are looking for
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or meaningfully shaping a Product Operations framework (not just operating within one already in place).
- A systems thinker with a track record of designing and scaling operational systems, launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, technical programme management, product management, or strategy/consulting, ideally at a fast-growing technology or AI company.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or extensively using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows in a professional setting.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to translate data into dashboards and decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in HealthTech or healthcare (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements in the UK and/or France (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in French (nice-to-have).
Working arrangements
The role is fully remote within the UK or France, with occasional travel to the London or Paris offices. Candidates must be within +/- 2 hours of the GMT zone. The company cannot consider candidates outside these locations at this stage. There is some flexibility to work across Europe.
Pay and benefits
- £75,000–£95,000 (based on experience and the value you bring)
- 36 days off: 25 holidays, bank holidays, plus 3 extra days (birthday and "feel good" days)
- Private health insurance and mental health support including free therapy sessions
- Latest MacBook and home office equipment of your choice
- Flexible work environment with no minimum office attendance requirement
