Job summary

Surescripts seeks a Director of Product Operations in the United States to own the Product Development Lifecycle, drive AI-enabled practices, and partner with Product Innovation, Software Engineering, and Strategy. You will define governance, metrics, and tooling to ensure predictable product delivery.

You will lead a small team initially and collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with enterprise strategy. This is a hybrid role with expansive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in product operations, product management, or related tech roles.
• 5+ years partnering with senior leadership (VP+).
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong AI fluency and experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Proven ability to build trust across functions and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve the PDLC with governance and stage gates.
• Lead AI adoption within product operations and cross-functional teams.
• Define process health metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Oversee lifecycle tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and data standards.
• Build and lead the product operations function and develop talent.
