Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth opportunities in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, 3+ years of people management, and hands-on pricing, segmentation, and market research.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading product marketing teams.
• Ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business with proven growth impact.
• Hands-on pricing & packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, and buyer insights.
• Experience building customer advocacy, testimonials, and case studies.
• Experience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and ability to drive cross-functional action.
• Analytical fluency to structure questions, test assumptions, and interpret data.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a product marketing team with clear priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and leaders to shape roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Develop segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and go-to-market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, price realization, and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Set go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and enablement materials.
• Measure impact: pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, and expansion.
