Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead ecosystem and technology marketing across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios. You will drive cross-functional initiatives and craft compelling storytelling to accelerate growth.

This role emphasizes partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on hardware/software or cloud solutions and a data-driven approach to strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, especially in public safety, security, or defense tech.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy and governance model for scalable collaboration across sectors.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns to demonstrate partner and ecosystem value to customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense and articulate audience pain points and white spaces.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
