Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to define and execute go-to-market strategies across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, craft compelling messaging, and drive integrated campaigns for partner ecosystems and AI-enabled solutions. You will shape strategy and hands-on execution, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to accelerate growth and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technology.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy.
• Ability to set strategic direction and execute hands-on with outsized scope and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technology partnership marketing strategy and build scalable playbooks and governance.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner ecosystem value to life for customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market strategy across core sectors: Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
• Craft messaging and positioning demonstrating value of integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
