Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to define and drive go-to-market strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape messaging, and build campaigns that translate complex technologies into clear customer value. You will own partner ecosystem marketing, craft compelling narratives, and enable sales with integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technology.
• Strong communication skills paired with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and execute hands-on as an individual contributor with outsized scope and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy and build scalable playbooks.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that illustrate ecosystem value to customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense sectors.
• Craft messaging and positioning for integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
• Define audience, pain points, and white space opportunities for GTM.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
