Nooks is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in San Francisco to own how we release features to existing customers and the field, with a focus on driving adoption and expansion.

You will run release marketing, build demos and walkthroughs, and partner with Product, Customer Success and Sales to ensure successful go-to-market for new capabilities. Bring AI-enabled content and strong cross-functional leadership to this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product marketing or customer marketing experience at a B2B technology company.
• Experience running launches or releases across several product teams.
• Technical depth to understand how new capabilities work and show them via demos.
• Strong verbal and written communication translating technical features to customer benefits.
• Experience managing cross-functional efforts with Product, Customer Success and Sales.
• Uses product and adoption data to spot opportunities and drive results.
• Ideally experience with expansion, cross-sell or product-led growth motions and with in-app messaging tools.
• AI-first working style, including using AI tools to quickly build demos, walkthroughs and content.

Aufgaben

• Run release marketing across all product areas: tiering, release notes, in-app announcements, customer communications and field updates.
• Build short demos, walkthroughs and before-and-after stories to make each release easy to understand and try.
• Grow adoption by gathering customer insight on barriers and designing programs with CS and Growth Marketing.
• Equip the field with enablement on new releases and collaborate with GTM Enablement so the field knows what's new.
• Provide Upsell team with expansion narratives and proof points.
