Nooks is seeking its first Head of Product Marketing to build and lead Product Marketing as we scale from a single product to a platform of revenue agents. You will own positioning, messaging and go-to-market for multiple product areas, collaborating with Product, Sales and Marketing to create value-driven narratives.

You will develop demos and visual product stories that communicate our AI-powered differentiators, lead launches end-to-end, and equip the field with compelling enablement content

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B technology company, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Track record of building positioning and messaging for complex, technical products and multi-product platforms.
• Technical depth on AI, data or developer-adjacent products, with a record of showing differentiation through demos and product stories, not only slides.
• Experience leading major launches and partnering with Sales on enablement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can make complex ideas simple and compelling.
• Uses data and customer insight to set priorities and measure impact.
• Experience in sales technology, revenue intelligence or AI products, ideally through hypergrowth or a move upmarket.
• AI-first working style, with a passion for using AI to move faster and raise the bar on craft.

Responsabilités

• Own our positioning and messaging across platform and solution areas.
• Lead go-to-market for every launch end-to-end from planning to post-launch adoption.
• Show, don't tell with demos, prototypes and visual product stories to explain differentiation.
• Equip the field with enablement narratives and content in collaboration with GTM Enablement.
• Build market and competitive insight through win-loss programs and analyst relations.
• Build and lead a team of product marketers and establish scalable operating rhythms and launch processes.
