Job description

Kyruus is RevSpring's care access and provider data business, and product marketing here needs a rebuild. We're not handing off a tidy function with a settled playbook. The playbook is still being written, and we want someone who wants to write it.

You’ll own product marketing for our full portfolio: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch. One person, wide surface area, real mandate. You’ll use AI tools daily to get more done than a bigger team would, and you’ll be judged on logo attainment, bookings, and adoption, not on activity.

What You’ll Do
  • Own positioning and messaging written for two very different buyers: the health system CIO and the health plan head of digital experience.
  • Build sales enablement reps actually use battle cards, competitive intel, deal support, pricing narratives.
  • Run a thought leadership and customer engagement program webinars, written pieces, podcast appearances, and curated invite-only events built around our own leaders.
  • Move bookings and logo attainment through campaigns and launch motions you can tie directly to the number.
  • Keep pace with product turning roadmap and discovery into external-ready narrative without a lag.
  • Drive adoption and value realization so existing customers understand and use what they already own.
  • Build for AI-mediated buyer discovery, not just traditional SEO and channels.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in health IT or another regulated, technical industry.
  • A builder, not a purist. You know the playbook and know when to skip a step.
  • Real comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and no finished playbook.
  • AI-assisted work as a daily habit, not an experiment.
  • Writing and talking that make dense products sound like something worth caring about.
  • A scrappy, resourceful streak built for a lean team and a smaller budget.
