Job summary

Customer.io is seeking a Senior Product Manager to turn customer signals into impactful products, focusing on Workflows. You will partner with a six-strong product team, synthesize research with analytics, and own a customer-first roadmap with autonomous cross-functional collaboration.

You should bring 7+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or platforms using behavioral data, strong analytics, and experience guiding AI-powered tooling in product workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platforms that leverage behavioral data for automation or messaging.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics dashboards and using data to shape direction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate customer problems through user research and analytics.
• Rapidly prototype and run focused experiments to test hypotheses.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders around clear product goals.
• Drive feature strategy and contribute to roadmaps based on customer impact and market opportunity.
• Break down complex initiatives into incremental, testable releases to accelerate delivery.
• Define product success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and retention for iterative improvement.
• Take on Technology Lead responsibilities for initiatives, including data analysis and coordinating engineering work.
• Monitor product metrics post-launch and work with GTM to ensure successful outcomes.
