You will own a portfolio of internal tools—from executive decision-support to operational workflows—and drive a product roadmap that ties tools to business goals and governance processes.

• Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI-enabled tools in a professional setting, with hands-on familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, data infrastructure, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, evaluation, and moving AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Significant experience working with technical teams to translate non-technical business needs into scalable products for broad audiences.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of internal tools or operational products, from prioritizing use cases to driving adoption and continuous improvement.
• Experience navigating responsible AI, data privacy, security, and enterprise governance in product development.
• Experience designing and maintaining templates, documentation, shared systems, and fluency materials for strategy, metrics, and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Identify needs for AI-enabled tools supporting executive decision-making; collaborate with Data & AI Infrastructure; manage handoffs and reflect strategic needs.
• Identify opportunities to address internal business needs and automate workflows; prototype, test usability, and deploy tools.
• Translate division strategy into operational templates, shared systems, and process docs to align strategy with metrics.
• Maintain and prioritize project queues; decide what to build, when, and why; ensure follow-through.
• Drive adoption of new tools by developing user guides, onboarding, and training in collaboration with learning teams.
