Job summary
PandaDoc Inc. is seeking a metrics-driven marketing leader to map real jobs to workflows and craft compelling product messaging.
You will define how each workflow fits into the broader PandaDoc platform and partner with Product and R&D from the start to sequence launches and define success. You will own the AI narrative for workflows, shaping how agents prepare, what customers approve, and how automation remains auditable and trustworthy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Experience marketing workflow, automation, or process software.
- Hands-on AI fluency and ability to explain AI benefits and limits.
Responsibilities
- Map customer jobs to workflows and build product positioning.
- Explain how each workflow fits into the broader agreement platform.
- Lead the AI narrative for workflows and how agents prepare vs customers approve.
- Partner with Product and R&D to decide workflows, sequencing, and success metrics.
- Shape how workflows are found and sold across product, website, and sales enablement.
- Plan launches with in-product guidance, training, and proactive communication.
- Drive adoption and expansion with proof points and targeted campaigns.
