Job summary

Huron is seeking a Product Manager for the Workday Extend team to own the full lifecycle of Extend applications, partnering with clients and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

In this remote-first role, you will drive strategy, manage cross-functional workstreams across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations, and influence go-to-market plans for Marketplace offerings. Requires Workday Extend expertise and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• 3+ years working with Workday ecosystem and Extend platform.
• Active Workday Pro certification in at least one domain.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, connectors, REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for Workday Extend applications (vision to go-to-market).
• Lead Extend workstreams with scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive Marketplace strategy and go-to-market for Bring-on-Workday offerings.
• Collaborate with Extend Architects to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Own tenant architecture decisions with technical leads.
• Manage cross-functional delivery across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations.
