Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions and oversee integrations across HCM modules, ensuring scalable, high-quality deployments for a global workforce.

You will collaborate with People Experience and IT stakeholders, leverage Orchestrate, EIBs, and Workday Studio, and operate within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
• 7+ years of Workday experience, including 3+ years building Workday Extend apps.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Workday toolkit.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management.
• Proficiency in SOAP/REST/XML and XSLT; Python or JavaScript a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs.
• Lead integrations as technical liaison, writing specs, mappings, and designs for global deployment.
• Apply engineering depth across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management considerations.
• Utilize Workday Integration Toolkit: Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, Workday Studio.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement.
