Job summary

Huron Consulting Group seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of Workday Extend applications, coordinating with clients, architects, and the Workday partner ecosystem from discovery to go-to-market.

You will drive Extend strategy, tenant architecture decisions, and cross-functional delivery across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations, while championing AI-enabled workflow capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• 3+ years within the Workday ecosystem.
• Active Workday Pro certification in at least one domain.
• Deep understanding of the Workday Extend platform.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Cross-module breadth across two of HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Supply Chain.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for Workday Extend applications (vision, roadmap, requirements, delivery, iteration).
• Lead Extend workstreams across client engagements — manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive Marketplace product strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Partner with Extend Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own tenant architecture decisions in partnership with technical leads.
• Manage cross-functional delivery across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integration workstreams.
• Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and reuse.
