The role demands 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management and 3+ years in the Workday ecosystem, with active Workday Pro certification. We offer remote-first work, strong development support, and opportunities to shape the Extend product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• 3+ years in the Workday ecosystem with hands-on Extend experience.
• Active Workday Pro certification in at least one domain.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Workday Extend applications.
• Lead Extend workstreams across client engagements and align stakeholders.
• Drive Marketplace strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Partner with Extend Architects to translate requirements into solutions.
